Professionally: I’m currently a part of the marketing team at Prestige Hotels and Resorts, where I manage the social media presence for five of our properties, write our blog, craft communication to our loyalty members, and handle our email marketing from start to finish. Some of my favourite projects include writing the full website copy for our 2025 site launch and contributing to Experience British Columbia, the book published by Prestige Hotels & Resorts.

Personally: In the depths of my first book, pray for me. Think Deltora’s Quest, Percy Jackson, LOTR, but with a female lead and way more alliteration and puns.

Each property has its own personality, and my role includes writing captions for the content I create as well as handling the scheduling and publishing of posts produced by our brand manager. I focus on keeping each account consistent with its individual tone, supporting broader marketing goals, and maintaining a steady, engaging content cadence across all properties.

Blogs

These blogs were produced for our Winter Promo Campaign supporting the “Stay for 2, Night 3 is Free” offer. After developing a Winter Travel Personality Quiz that captured user preferences and encouraged opt‑ins, I created this series to deliver targeted, winter‑focused content. Each piece was written with both engagement and SEO in mind, helping strengthen seasonal search visibility, nurture interest, and guide readers toward booking during the promotional period.

Eblasts

These emails were created for the final stage of our Winter Promo Campaign and were sent only to subscribers who had already engaged with earlier messages and opted in to a specific winter travel type. Their purpose was to nurture an interested audience by delivering personalized content that matched each reader’s chosen travel style while reinforcing the seasonal offer. I developed the concept, wrote the copy, built the emails in the CRM, and managed the full execution. The series earned exceptional engagement, with unique open rates reaching 96.72 percent and click through rates up to 17.24 percent, and contributed $1,588 in attributed revenue, demonstrating the value of segmentation and relevance within this promotional sequence.

Website Copy

These website examples come from the full relaunch of our brand site in late 2025. I was responsible for refreshing existing copy and creating new content across nearly every page, including corporate information, meetings and events, property overviews, company history, and community highlights. The goal was to modernize the site and bring clarity, consistency, and a more contemporary voice to the entire digital experience. My work supported a complete redesign and helped ensure the new site reflected the brand’s personality while remaining easy to navigate and informative for guests.
